Valchromat is a very special product, a through color MDF.  Valchromat is water resistant. It is ideal for high humidity regions and applications where humidity and moisture are present. The organic dyes are infused into the wood fibre so that they are resistant to fading when exposed to UV rays from artificial light or the sun. The wood fibre used in the production of Valchromat comes from forest waste. There is no formadehyde added to the product. It is non-toxic. Organic des are addedto the wood fibre during manufacturing. The dyes penetrate the fibre so that the color is uniform through the board. Special resins are added to the wood fibre during processing which bonds the fibre together Valcrhomat is 30% stronger that standard MDF. The dyes used to make Valchromatare the same dyes used to dye fabric. They are 100% organic. The colors are soft natural colors.
